【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementstobemetbythemanufacturerformachinesandplantusedinfoundriesfortheproductionofcastingsindisposablemodels.Ittakesintoaccounttheforeseeablesignificanthazardsduetodesign,constructionandinstallationthatmayoccurduringcommissioning,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioning.Itspecifiespreventativemeasuresandverificationmeansfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazards.Itspecifiesrequirementsforinformationtobeprovidedbythemanufacturertotheuseronsafeoperationandmaintenance.Thisstandardappliestothefollowingequipment:?Machineryandplantconstructedtoconditionand/orreclaimfoundrysands;?Mouldingmachineryandplants;?Coremakingmachineryandplants;?Knock-outequipment;?Otherdirectlyassociatedequipment.Theforeseeablesignificanthazardscoveredarelistedinclause5andinclude:?Mechanicalhazards,movementofmachineryandworkpieces,ejectionofmaterial,ofliquidsandgases,inadequacyofthemechanicalstrength;?Explosion,fire,exothermicreactions;?Contactwithhotparts,gasesandflames;?Noiseandvibration;?Thermalheatradiationandconduction;?Harmfulby-products,poisoning,pollutionofoperators'breathingair.Thisstandardappliestoequipmentcoveredbythisstandardwhichisplacedonthemarketafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthesafetyrequirementsforwax-andlostfoampatternproductionandwaxremovalequipmentanddryingovens.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytocraneinstallations,winches,continuousconveyorsorhandlingsystemswhichcouldbeanintegralpartoftheaboveequipment.Thestandarddoesnotcoverdustreductionequipment.
