【摘要】:ThispartofBS6375specifiestheexposurecategoriesrelatedtotestpressurelevelsforairpermeability,watertightnessandwindresistanceforexternalwindowsanddoors.Itisapplicabletoalltypesofverticalwindowsanddoors,andincludeswindowsinwhichtheopeninglightsarenotfullyframed,e.g.adjustableglasslouvres.Thestandardexcludespatentglazing(seeNote)andcurtainwallsthatspanacrosshorizontalstructuralmembersoffloorsbutincludestheopeninglightswithinaverticalpatentglazingorcurtainwallingsystem.AnabbreviatedmethodforcalculatingwindloadingisgiveninAnnexA.Thistakesintoaccountfactorsthatallowselectionandspecificationoftheappropriateclassification.NOTERecommendationsforthedesignandinstallationofpatentglazingaregiveninBS5516.
