【摘要】:ThisCodeprovidesrulesfordeterminingthethermalperformanceofthereferencedequipmentwithregardtothesteamflowcapabilitywhilemeetinganyapplicablefanpowerguarantees.Thissteamflowcapabilitymaybealternativelyexpressedasadeviationfromdesignflowcapability,adeviationfromdesignturbinebackpressure,orastheabsolutevalueofthesteamturbinebackpressure.ThisCodealsoprovidesproceduresforassessingcompliancetospecifieddissolvedoxygenandspecifiedcondensatetemperature.ThisCodedoesnotaddressproceduresforassessingnoise.TheCodeisnotintendedfortestsof(a)devicesforwhichtheprocessfluidisaboveatmosphericpressure(b)devicesforprocessfluidsotherthansteam(c)devicesforsingle-phaseprocessfluids(d)wetsurfaceaircooledcondensers(e)naturaldraftorfan-assistedaircooledcondensers(f)air-cooledcondenserswithinletairconditioningin-serviceThedeterminationofspecialdataorverificationofguaranteesthatareoutsidethescopeofthisCodeshallbemadeonlywiththewrittenagreementofthepartiestothetest.Theagreedmethodsofmeasurementandcomputationshallbedefinedinwritingandfullydescribedinthetestreport.
